What is this service?

Texts.Email is a communication tool that allows organizations or individuals to send Text Messages (SMS) to their contacts / clients. The organization sends an email and our system converts it into a text message and sends it to you. You can continue two-way communication with the individual or organization.

Who's messaging me?

Each message is is prefixed with a short name of the sender. Each sender has a dedicated phone number and you can respond to them by sending a text or MMS reply. The reply will be sent to their email by our system, however you can simply communicate with them through standard text/SMS messages.

Why did they message me?

Either you texted them at their dedicated phone number, or you provided them your mobile number. They likely wanted to contact you with some information for you.

How do I respond?

You can respond by sending a message back to the phone number that initially messaged you.

Can I send a picture or file?

Yes, send a picture or file as you normally would to any other recipient and they will receive it as an attachment in their email.

How do I stop receiving messages?

Text "STOP" in response to any message you received. Please report any abuse of our service to [e-mail].

I accidentally sent a "STOP" message, how do I undo this?

Text "START" in response to any message you received.

Do you sell my personal messages and my information?
